Automation is a tool, not a pitch. If the real answer is a change to a form, a process or a piece of software you already own, that is what we will recommend — even when it is a smaller engagement.
We will not pad a proposal with work the project does not need.
Scope exists to protect both sides. We write proposals that include what the outcome requires and leave out what it does not, and we will say so plainly when a request is unlikely to earn its cost.
